Is this the most corrupt government in history?
Or just the most incompetent?
Are we being sold out by the most blindly pro-European government in history?
Or by the most rabidly anti-British?
Has Labour been tough on crime and the causes of crime?
What happened to education, education, education?
When Labour promised to "save" the National Health Service,
was it just more of their spin?
Why do they break all their promises?
Is it because they are too engaged in infighting or are they just hypocrites?
Can it really be true that Britain is now run by Tony's cronies?
Has democracy been swept aside in a wave of Blairite control freakery?
Will Gordon Brown have the cheek to claim the credit
for the strong economy he inherited in 1997?
How has the Labour Government been discharging its most important obligation, Britain's defence?
Can it really be true that Blair took Britain to war in Iraq on a lie?
Did Blair handle the foot and mouth crisis well?
Or has the countryside fallen victim to Labour's ignorance of rural affairs?
How many of our pensioners are looking forward to another dose of Labour?
How did the General Elections of 2001 and 2005 unfold?
Good Morning!
Welcome to Labour-Watch, the news resource for anyone who wants to keep an eye on the Labour Government.
I'm afraid there's not much to smile about here, apart from John Prescott's frequent mishaps.
Unlike the Labour Party, this site is meant to be short on presentation but long on content. Most of the news stories are from the Telegraph, the BBC, the Independent and the Times. Other sources are used where appropriate.
Comparison of the ways in which news stories are treated by these sources shows up very clearly the BBC's bias in favour of Labour, and this must be taken into consideration when using BBC stories as sources. Those of us who can remember the BBC's praise of Dennis Healey's handling of the economy (with inflation at 25%!!!!) will realize how subtle this bias has become. Those who can't - beware!

We welcome contributions & constructive criticism. In particular we would like to hear about your experiences of the Government's control freakery.
The Telegraph seems to have sabotaged its own website by shuffling all its old articles. We are gradually catching up with them and will repair our links ASAP.
